Core networking features do not involve BIMPAI acting as a seller or buyer between users, though we may separately provide paid services such as advertisements or premium listings offered directly by IEPSSOLS.

We do not collect or store any PCI (Payment Card Industry) data related to payment cards on our own servers. Payments for any BIMPAI paid services are processed through third-party payment gateways, which handle card details in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.

2.3 Audio and Video Access

With your explicit consent, our platform may request permission to access your device’s microphone and camera for the purpose of recording, creating, or uploading audio and video content on the platform.

• These permissions are initiated only when you choose to record or upload media.
• We comply with applicable data privacy and device permission frameworks as per Indian laws and relevant app store standards.

• To show you contextual and, where you have provided consent, personalised advertisements and recommendations on the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, law-enforcement requests and to enforce our rights.

We do not use user information for advertising, data resale, or behavioural tracking outside the platform without your consent.

4. Social Media Sharing

You may choose to share content (such as messages, images, or videos) to third-party social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, or others.

• When you share content externally, you acknowledge that the content will be governed by the respective third-party platform’s privacy policies.
• The Platform is not responsible for data collection, tracking, or processing by external social media services once content is shared outside our system.

Our platform allows businesses to post job opportunities and individuals to apply.

• The platform functions solely as a networking and posting site.
• We do not engage in recruitment, background verification, or hiring activities.
• Any hiring process or communication between businesses and applicants happens outside our platform, and we are not responsible for such external engagements.

Users may post text, images, audio, or video on the platform. While we encourage positive networking and professional behavior, we make the following disclaimers:

• The Platform is not responsible for any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful language, images, videos, or other content uploaded by users.
• We perform basic moderation and reserve the right to remove or suspend any content or user account that violates our community guidelines, this Policy, our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content complies with copyright, privacy, data protection, and content regulations.
