BIMPAI is a business networking platform that allows businesses to showcase their products or services, post job vacancies, and connect with potential clients, employees, and partners. BIMPAI is owned and operated by IEPSSOLS PVT. LTD., a private limited company registered under the Companies Act. 2013 (CIN: U62099WB2026PTC285654) in India
By accessing or using BIMPAI (the "Platform"), whether through our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should use the Platform only if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions

• "BIMPAI" refers to the online platform available via web and/or mobile applications.
• "User" or "You"refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses BIMPAI.
• "Business Account" refers to accounts registered by companies/partnership firm/LLP's/Proprietorship Firm to showcase products, services, or post job vacancies.
• "Personal Account" refers to individual user accounts for networking and job applications.
• "Affiliate Links" refers to product or service links converted into affiliate links by BIMPAI to generate commission from purchases.

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Account Types: Users can register as businesses or individuals.
• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, genuine and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining its accuracy.
• Account Security: Users must keep their login credentials confidential. BIMPAI is not responsible for unauthorized access.
• Content Responsibility: Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings, product listings, and advertisements.
• Update Requirement: Users must update their details regularly to ensure reliability.
• Account Termination: BIMPAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms and conditions.

• Businesses may list their products, services, and job vacancies.
• All listings must be legal and comply with applicable laws.
• BIMPAI does not guarantee responses, sales, or hiring success.
• BIMPAI reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
• Users must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Any buying links posted on BIMPAI are automatically converted into affiliate links.
• BIMPAI may earn a commission from purchases made through these links.
• Users acknowledge that BIMPAI has the right to modify or replace links with affiliate tracking codes.

Users must not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information or content that:

• Belongs to another person and to which the user has no rights.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner.
• Is harmful to children.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights.
• Violates any law for the time being in force.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact.
• Impersonates another person or entity.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
• Constitutes or promotes any illegal or unauthorised advertising, pyramid schemes, or online games not in compliance with applicable Indian laws, or any betting/wagering where prohibited.

BIMPAI reserves the right to remove any such content and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in these prohibited activities.

• Users retain ownership of the contents they post.
• By posting contents, you grant BIMPAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content for platform operations and promotions.
• BIMPAI reserves the right to remove any content that violates aby of the terms and conditions.

• BIMPAI is not responsible for external websites or services linked through its platform.
• Transactions made through affiliate links are solely between the user and the third-party provider and BIMPAI is neither a beneficiary nor responsible for that.

• BIMPAI provides the platform "as is" without warranties.
• BIMPAI is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from platform use.
• Users interact with businesses, job listings, and affiliate links at their own risk.
• BIMPAI does not assume responsibility for any financial losses incurred from business dealings or job applications on the platform.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.
• By using BIMPAI, you agree to our Privacy Policy & Cookies Policy.
• We implement reasonable security practices consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and we endeavour to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for processing of personal data.

• If BIMPAI offers paid services (e.g., advertisements, premium listings), the applicable refund and cancellation terms will be clearly stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and/or before purchase.
• Users may request cancellations under the conditions specified in the relevant service terms.
• BIMPAI reserves the right to decline refund requests if services have already been provided or as otherwise set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Users may submit complaints relating to content, account actions, or any violation of these Terms by writing to the Grievance Officer with:
  Their full name and contact details,
  A description and URL/screenshot of the content or issue, and
  A statement that the information in the complaint is true to the best of their knowledge.
• The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days of receipt or such other period as may be prescribed by applicable law.

• BIMPAI may modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India (Kolkata High Court).
